Novel oral agent with promising result as second-line treatment option for patients with T-Cell Lymphoma

Tolinapant, a novel oral non-peptidomimetic, small-molecule antagonist of cellular/X-linked inhibitors of apoptosis proteins could be a meaningful treatment option for patients with Peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL) and Cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL) when first-line therapy has failed.
