There is no standard treatment for elderly patients with mantle cell lymphoma, and this is really a challenge, says Mats Jerkeman, professor and senior consultant at Lund University and Skåne University Hospital, in this MEDtalk. At ASH 2024, he presented updated data from the Scandinavian study ALTAMIRA, where the patients were treated with acalabrutinib.
