Preliminary Findings from the Swedish Myasthenia Gravis Registry

Wanqing Wu, a PhD student from Karolinska Institute, discusses the Swedish Myasthenia Gravis (MG) Registry at the EAN 2024. Initiated in 2011, the registry includes over 1,700 MG patients, representing about 60% of Sweden’s MG population. Preliminary findings include the average age of MG onset at 50 years, common antibody presence, and significant use of rituximab.
