No significant impact of plasma cfDNA levels on ctDNA detection rates across different MRD in patients with colorectal cancer

A study presented at ASCO GI has examined the link between post-operative levels of circulating cell-free DNA (cfDNA) and ctDNA positivity in patients with surgically removed stage I-III colorectal cancer. Stacey A. Cohen of the University of Washington/ Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle, USA, presents and discusses the study’s findings in this MEDtalk.
