Individuals With Radically Excised Thin Melanomas May Have Unnecessary Treatment During Wide Local Excision

This study presented at EADV 2024 shows that thin melanomas (≤1 mm) have a low risk of metastases (0.2%) and residual melanoma after diagnostic excision.
