Sigrund Breistig

Sigrund Breistig is a Registered Nurse with a clinical background in gynecological care at Haugesund Hospital. Currently, she is a PhD Candidate at VID Specialized University in Bergen, where her research focuses on the lived experiences of individuals participating in digital rehabilitation following gynecological cancer. She also works in the nursing education at the Western Norway University of Applied Sciences in Haugesund.

Her research interests lie in advancing women’s health and enhancing nursing education to improve patient outcomes and professional development in the field.
