Jean-Yves Blay

Professor Blay is the director of the ERN-EURACAN, designated in December 2016 by the European Commission, to improve the quality of care for patients with rare cancers in the European Union.

Professor Jean-Yves Blay has been Director of the Centre Léon Bérard, the comprehensive cancer centre of Lyon and the Rhône-Alpes region, since December 2014. He is also an oncologist, a researcher and a medical oncologist professor at the University Claude Bernard Lyon1, and a corresponding member of the French Academy of Medicine.
