Three-Fold Increased Risk of Anorectal Cancer in Crohn’s Disease Patients with Fistulas

Patients with Crohn’s disease often suffer from perianal fistulizing disease. Their risk of anorectal cancer remains uncertain. This study seeks to investigate this by covering all individuals aged 15+ years living in Denmark from 1978 to 2018.
