Closer Nordic Cooperation Will Have a Major Impact on Research, Treatment, Guidelines, and Education

Bestpractice has interviewed Professor Birgitte Vrou Offersen, head of the Danish Breast Cancer Group, about her perspective on the importance of closer Nordic collaboration within the breast cancer field. In the article she stated that a closer Nordic collaboration will be important for the harmonization of guidelines, opportunities to carry out phase III studies, and better education within the breast cancer field. This leads to better quality in the management and treatment of patients with breast cancer.
