ELCC 2026: First-Line I-O Therapy Extends OS/PFS in Metastatic SCLC

The combination of chemotherapy and immunotherapy is the gold standard for first-line treatment of metastatic small-cell lung cancer. Unfortunately, only 70% of patients will be able to receive chemoimmunotherapy in real-world clinical practice.
