F-calprotectin associeret med mucosal inflammtorisk aktivitet ved colitis ulcerosa

I dette norske studie undersøges fækal (F) calprotectin niveauet hos patienter med colitis ulcerosa grupperet efter endoskopisk og histologisk vurderet inflammatorisk aktivitet og omfanget af aktiv sygdom. I denne MEDtalk uddyber Øyvind Steinsbø i hvilket omfang niveauet af fækal calprotectin stiger signifikant med højere MES score (Mayo Endoscopic Score).
