Instructional Videos Optimise Patient Compliance with Respiratory-Gated Breast Cancer Radiotherapy

Can structured patient education improve respiratory-gated breast radiotherapy? A Danish implementation study shows that instructional videos increased the proportion of patients treated indeep inspiration breath-hold, improved achieved lung volumes, and maintained target coverage and organ-at-risk sparing, without adding clinical workload.
